Providing correct shipping details is mandatory. KRTKL cannot be held liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Domestic Shipping

All local orders are delivered using Ninja Van. In-stock items are generally dispatched within a few days of your order. Please double-check your shipping address, as KRTKL is not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses.
Standard ground shipping takes 3–7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Aramex. Delivery may be delayed due to customs, which is beyond our control. By ordering, you accept the risk of such delays.
KRTKL may apply extra fees for large shipments or cancel orders if necessary. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Fees are displayed at checkout.
